Czech yourself before you wreck yourself
40ml Babicka
10ml Port (tawny)
40ml White peach puree
10ml Thyme and cardamom syrup
15ml Citrus juice
2 dashes Peach bitters
Garnish: Orange zest
Shake all ingredients together and fine strain into cocktail saucer.

Babicka Blossom
40ml babicka
1 bsp Roast pumpkin puree
50ml apricot nectar
10ml orange blossom syrup
20ml lemon juice
3 dashes peach bitters
Garnish: pumpkin skin slice
Shake all ingredients together and fine strain into cocktail glass.
