2 Kaffir Lime Leaves.
2-3 fresh lychees.
1-2 pieces of ginger.
Dash of Apple juice.
Muddle all ingredients and shake and strain into a luxury Champagne glass – float Champagne.
Garnish with 2 Kaffir lime leaves.
